FGGS will provide complete support for Flender-Graffenstaden High Speed Gearboxes. Our USA design engineering and field service mechanical engineers are all factory trained and authorized to provide all of the required Gear services, as needed. FGGS can provide Flender-Graffenstaden Warranty support, at the USA customers plant locations. FGGS can provide, Gear Tooth Contact Checking, Gear Train Alignment Inspection, Gear overhaul, are all items that are supported by the FGGS Gear field services team.

Gear Revamps and Gear Upgrades

FGGS application engineering can support customer API 613 upgrades, Gear Box Re-Powering, Gear Box Design modifications for Flender-Graffenstaden and other High Speed Gear Box manufactures. We specialize in Gear Boxes operating in the Petrochemical, Power Generation, Marine Industries and special applications.

Gear Box Bearing Repairs

FGGS utilizes the bearing repair facilities provided by the Kingsbury Bearings Company, as the USA alliance bearing supplier to Flender-Graffenstaden.

Gear Box Shaft and Rotor Re-Grinding, Gear Box Assembly

FGGS has Alliance agreements in place with High Speed Gear Grinding and Gear repair facilities located in Houston, Texas, Los Angeles, California and in the North East section of the USA.

Gear Box Project Engineering

FGGS has an experienced staff of mechanical engineers that provide project managers, with a proven OEM and End User success record. Our project team supports the customers from Order intake, Drawing review, API 613 Testing and Gear Installation and start up at the job sites.
